New Bloginnings!

Hi Friends! Welcome to the new blog design. 2018 is starting off so well. There are many great things to come this Spring. To start off, I am launching this updated blog design on the website so I hope you love it as much as I do!

I have to admit, blogging is not my strongest skill but I am confident if I work at it the blog will become something that I master and learn to be passionate about!

I am a big advocate of personal development so one of my daily activities is to listen to audio books. Last year I signed up for Audible and I listed to books on my commute to and from work. It has worked out great for me since I am driving anyway. Now instead of listening to the radio, I listed to audio books and it was so easy to implement the habit.

It has helped me to understand how to more successfully set goals and make them stick like blogging consistently instead of sometimes or instead of just trying to make new habits be mindful to link them to an existing habit. It is easier to make small changes if you can connect them to something you are already doing. For example, if you want to start a new skin care routine put the items next to your toothbrush or in the shower with you so that it is easy to remember to do the task. You will brush your teeth and take a shower anyway and the proximity of the skin care items will remind you to use the products!
