This is one of my favorite sessions of 2023. Not only because I got to travel to STL near the Fox Theatre and SLU for this extra special senior session, but becuase Destiny is my niece! EEEEK. I truly can't believe she graduated and is in college now.
We met in the middle. I brewed my cup of coffee and drove to STL and they drove from Illinois to meet me for a morning session on a beautiful day. I was so excited as I drove from Rolla thinking of all the cool things we could do for her portraits. The location lends to so many options with the Fox Theatre and SLU campus so close together. When I asked what outfits she was bringing, she said she wanted to wear her prom dress. Yess! That would be so perfect for the Fox Theatre location.
I love having several outfit choices for senior sessions becuase it adds do much variety and some locations just have a different vide than others. Senior portraits can really showcase all sides of your personalily so I always encourage my clients to bring 3-5 outfits to make the most of their time with me and their portraits.
Thank you Destiny for trusting me to capture your Senior Portraits and traveling to St. Louis to make it happen. You and your sweet mom were so great to work with. I am so glad we got to share this memory together. I hope freshman year is the BEST year yet!
